Too good to fail

YEAH ! We landed a probe on frickin' Mars damnit ! OK, it didn't do a lot, but it still landed without smashing into itty-bitty pieces...

    I wonder if at some point in the future they were able to deploy the solar panels if it would still work or not.  One more things to add to Elon Musk's list.

    Maybe it was just transmission issues? Would be interesting if one day able to see if data recorded.
