A brief list of ways to form a conclusion

A nice enough little list of different techniques of forming conclusions. I'm not really sure they're terribly well unified but the summaries are nice all the same.

    I initially read "ways to draw confusion from information", which seemed quite à propos for our troubled times, if a bit cynic...
