Absolutely. The odds of someone not actively engaged in driving being able to react quickly enough is so remote to make this legislation useless anyway. In a few years this law will already feel archaic.

ReplyDeleteAFAIK the car has never run over anyone and the only problems it's caused are by being over-cautious.
