A robot that picks peppers so your immigrant doesn't have to

Partially using Raspberry Pi's and 3D printing. Looks to be monstrously slow, so no danger of putting all those pesky unskilled immigrants taking all the jobs we don't want out of work juuuuust yet.

    I wonder what a human pepper pickers pick rate is and where the crossover point is for a slower robot but operating 24/7. I also assume it's a reasonably narrow window where they are ripe to pick.
