In the context of abortion, no He isn't, given that up to half of all pregnancies (including those that were not recognized) spontaneously abort.God himself is the greatest abortionist of all.
Theologically the Catholics and evangelicals are on thin ice...Nowhere does the bible forbid abortion.God doesn't like people playing God, but also, for his grace to mean something, gave us all free-will.God is only against abortion if life begins at conception (i.e. It violates the do not kill commandment).In logic terms the opening premise is false, ergo the conclusion is too.
