    Or  the brilliant ideas of "1984" and "Big Brother"  enacted with diligent attention to detail.
    Oh, adding "peace" cocktail of Sodium Fluoride + Sodium Hypochlorite+ aluminium hydroxide , certainly finished it (us?) all off nicely .
