Rhys Taylor What the headline is meaning is that Trump has not heart issues, nor cognitive issues... Yeah, he's overweight, but my ex is overweight too, as am I. My blood pressure is outstanding. You have to take into consideration the entire package of the individual. A headline can be misleading.

Newspaper style permitting the use of a comma without the conjunction results in a great deal of accidental humour.
