Two things from this picture : 1) The Falcon 9 is terrifyingly large; 2) SpaceX actually have quite a lot of female employees, you just never normally see them for some reason.

ReplyDeleteYes it is "retro", but it shouldn't be. It is reality. Personally I blame Star Trek.
Rockets should be tail-sitters, the way God and Heinlein intended. Star Trek et al promote the misconception that rockets are boats.
