I was wondering what happened to this particular scandal. I guess it got lost in the scandal vortex that is the current US administration. Honestly you could fairly approximate the whole thing to a black hole. A singularity at its centre (obvious) with the White House as an event horizon, illuminating its surroundings with the glow of the fiery maelstrom of its accretion disc of facts that that are churned into misinformation as they spiral towards their inevitable doom, regurgitated into concentrated, pulsing, searing jets and periodic explosions by whichever nutjob is currently the press secretary. The only component missing is Hawking radiation leading to an eventual evaporation.

It can be confusing to try and keep up, yes. This one is more like the center of the scandal vortex rather than lost in the storm. While it has at times appeared like Mueller's investigation has cast a wide net, it ends up that everything ties into this meeting conspiring with Russian agents.
ReplyDeleteThere are indeed a lot of other scandals which are unrelated. But this is the one which Donald Trump is cripplingly obsessed with because he knows it's the one which will put him in prison for the rest of his life.
Except it's not a scandal, at all.
