  4. One could do the same thread for SG-1: "They built their own wormhole controller without bothering to implement a single safety protocol from the original system. They uploaded a buggy virus into the wormhole system and scrambled every gate address throughout the galaxy. One of them put his head into a brain-melting Download Everything We Know face-hugger for a second time in order to kill an aggressive replicating swarm that they themselves awoke. Then there was that time they blew up a star to kill one System Lord...and failed. Or that other time they accidentally blew up a planetary system by screwing around with tech their idiot ancestors left behind. Also the time they nearly blew up an entire alternate universe (ditto). And the time they invited a neighboring galaxy full of aggressive ascended beings into ours (ditto ditto). And the time they locked an entire sector of the galaxy into a time loop for more than a year. And the time ..."
