That's a first for me. I've lived in muslim countries, met gays, and all admit that staying hidden and on the wrong side of society has a destructive effect.

Matter Beam I suspect this has more to do with the "country" part than the "Muslim" part. For reasons way too complicated to detail here, most nations with a Muslim majority/government today are repressive, and most repressions seem to have gays among their targets.
