Suffragette satire, 1915

"It’s a response to pamphlet entitled Some Reasons Why We Oppose Votes for Women [link below] put out by the anti-suffrage group the National Association Opposed to Women’s Suffrage–the same group that created this gem [link below] we’ve highlighted before warning that giving women the vote would put the government under “petticoat rule.”

  1. Since Army is mentioned twice:

Men in the USA even today have to sign up for selective service in order to vote. When in 2016 congress wanted to extend selected service to women there was a outcry from feminists.

And when in 2013 Switzerland had a referendum on abolishing conscription of men that was rejected. And helf the voters where women.

This might be a satire pice but there is a truth here: Mens place still is in the army and women and/or society want it that way.
