Since Army is mentioned twice:
ReplyDeleteMen in the USA even today have to sign up for selective service in order to vote. When in 2016 congress wanted to extend selected service to women there was a outcry from feminists.
And when in 2013 Switzerland had a referendum on abolishing conscription of men that was rejected. And helf the voters where women.
This might be a satire pice but there is a truth here: Mens place still is in the army and women and/or society want it that way.
